We are hosting our first Wine Dinner series at Buon Cibo -- an intimate, multi-course Italian evening where every dish meets a wine chosen to bring it to life. Our sommelier will walk you through each pairing, share the stories behind the bottles, and help you discover flavors you never knew you loved.
This is not a lecture. It is a dinner party. Come hungry, come curious, and bring the people you want to share a great night with.
The Menu
Burrata Appetizer Creamy burrata with Sicilian blood orange jam, a drizzle of hot honey, salted pistachios, olive oil, and fresh basil
Arugula Salad Peppery arugula tossed with mandarin oranges, blackberries, heirloom tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and candied nuts, dressed in raspberry walnut vinaigrette
Prosciutto and Arugula Pinsa Our crispy Roman-style pinsa topped with fresh mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, prosciutto di Parma, rocket arugula, and balsamic glaze, finished with garlic oil
Chocolate Cake Rich chocolate cake with raspberry puree and a dollop of fresh cream

What to Know Before You Arrive
This is a cashless prepaid event. Please bring a credit card, debit card, or mobile payment. Please arrive by 6:20 PM so we can get everyone settled before the first pour. Must be 21+ to attend.
Full refund for cancellations 48+ hours before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but transferable to another guest.
