Every dinner is made fresh to order from Tom's family recipes, cooked by hand the day you pick it up and never pulled from a case. Because we prepare exactly what is reserved, these are pre-order only – just lock in your order by 8 PM the night before. Walk in, grab your dinner, and add a bottle from the wine boutique and a cannoli or tiramisu to make the whole night effortless.
Friday nights in Scripps Ranch just got easier.
Every Friday, we hand off a hot, complete dinner for two straight from our kitchen to your hands. No cooking. No reheating. No standing in the kitchen at 5:30 PM trying to turn random leftovers into something that feels like dinner. You order online earlier in the week, you swing by Buon Cibo between 4 and 7 PM, and you walk out with dinner handled.
It is the kind of meal we would serve our own family on a Friday night – comforting, generous, and made for two people who are actually hungry. And for $35, it is one of the easiest dinner decisions in Scripps Ranch.
This Friday, June 19th:
House-Made Meatloaf with Mushroom Demi-Glaze. Tender, savory meatloaf served hot with a rich mushroom demi-glaze spooned over the top – the kind of Friday-night comfort food that feels like someone took care of you.
Alongside, Parmesan mashed potatoes, creamy and buttery with just enough Parmesan to make them feel special. Plus buttered green peas and mini whole carrots, simple, classic, and exactly what belongs next to a proper meatloaf dinner.
Enough for two people who are actually hungry. Pull back the lid, plate it if you feel like it, or eat straight from the dish on the couch. We will not judge.

Order online through this page anytime between now and Thursday, June 18th at 7 PM.
Pick up Friday, June 19th, between 4 and 7 PM at Buon Cibo, 10380 Spring Canyon Road, inside Livia in Scripps Ranch.
Walk in, give us your name, walk out with dinner. Hot, packed, ready to eat.

Introducing SUGO SUNDAY, every Sunday at Buon Cibo, starting this weekend.
So what is sugo? If you grew up in a Sicilian household, you already know. It’s the slow-cooked Sunday sauce that simmers on the stove all day long. The pot that fills the entire house with garlic and tomatoes and braised meat. The reason nobody ever left Nanu’s table hungry.
This is Tom Tarantino’s family recipe, handed down from his Nanu, made the way it’s been made for generations. Rich, slow-simmered sugo with tender meatball, Italian sausage, rigatoni, and warm garlic bread.
$22. Every Sunday. 2–7 PM. Walk in or take it to go.
This isn’t something we put together for a promotion. This is the meal Tom grew up eating every Sunday. Now it’s yours.
