Here is what the evening looks like.

You will sit down to four courses -- starting with creamy burrata topped with Sicilian blood orange jam, hot honey, and salted pistachios. Then a bright arugula salad with mandarin oranges, blackberries, heirloom tomatoes, and candied nuts in a raspberry walnut vinaigrette.

The main course is our prosciutto and arugula pinsa -- crispy Roman-style flatbread with fresh mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, prosciutto di Parma, rocket arugula, and balsamic glaze, finished with garlic oil. And to close: rich chocolate cake with raspberry puree and a dollop of fresh cream.
