This week's Friday Night Dinner for Two brings a classic Italian comfort-food combination home to your table: cannelloni stuffed with ground beef, ricotta, garlic, and spinach, covered in tomato sauce and melted mozzarella, with sauteed green beans.

Each dinner serves two, with one cannelloni per person and green beans sauteed in olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
