Buon Cibo Italian market-style catering spread

A complete office lunch built around our Roman-style pinsa -- long-fermented, light, and airy, packed whole in boxes so it arrives fresh. Each pinsa is cut into 6 slices, and we portion this package at about 2 slices per person alongside salad and dessert.

Every package includes:

  • Whole Roman-style pinsas (count based on package size)
  • Salad, packed separately with dressing on the side
  • Dessert for every guest
  • Plates, napkins, serving utensils, and labels

Pinsa options: Margherita, Classic Pepperoni, Tuscan Spinach and Mushroom, Spicy Sicilian, Chicken Florentine.

Recommended assortment: Margherita, Classic Pepperoni, Tuscan Spinach and Mushroom, Spicy Sicilian.

Salad options: 12 Superfood Kale Salad, Caprese and Artichoke Salad, Antipasto Salad, Beet and Feta Salad.

Dessert: 1 cannoli bite per person or 2 Italian cookies per person.
