Summertime Wines: A Summer Wine Dinner

Six summer wines, a full Italian dinner built to match them, and one surprise pour, hosted by Wine Captain Thomas D'Acquisto. Three evenings in June. Seats are limited.

Join Wine Captain Thomas D'Acquisto for a summer evening of wine and food at Buon Cibo. Thomas is pouring six of his favorite warm-weather wines, and our kitchen is preparing a full Italian dinner built to go with every glass. Regal Wine Company and a special guest join him for the night. No wine background required. Come hungry and curious.

Six summer wines poured by our Wine Captain, plus one surprise bottle revealed only at the table - A full multi-course dinner from our kitchen, built to pair with the wines - The stories behind every pour, from the people who chose them

On The Plate –

• Bruschetta with herbed goat cheese, honey, strawberry, balsamic reduction, and basil

• House-made caponata with fresh focaccia Artichoke, mortadella, caprese, and salad

• Chicken piccata with garlic, white wine, lemon, and capers

• Buttered mashed potatoes Cheese tortellini in a white Gorgonzola sauce

• Dessert, chef's choice
